"Haven't played in a year — is anything in my backpack worth something?" That's the first thing every returning player wants to know. Here the answer takes a couple of minutes, and you don't have to redo it every week.

Add each pet in its real version

Search for each pet and set its version right away:

• normal, neon or mega neon;
• no potion, Fly, Ride or Fly Ride.

Add duplicates as many times as you own them. If you don't remember whether a pet has potions, check its icon in your backpack: the F, R and N letters sit right on it.

Items count too

Pets aren't the only thing that trades. Vehicles, strollers, toys and pet wear all have values, and long-time players often have a few pricey ones lying around. Add whatever you'd be willing to trade.

Come back in a week — the total updates itself

The list lives in the browser you built it in. Values update daily, so the total moves even when your inventory doesn't. That's how you see whether your backpack is growing or shrinking.

If you build the list on a sibling's phone or someone else's browser, it stays there. We keep ours on one device and edit it right after any big trade — otherwise a month later nobody remembers what went out.

Don't mistake the total for what a trade will get you

The total is a ceiling, not a promise. What pulls it down:

• HTT pets. They have a value, but people take them reluctantly. You'll get less or have to add.
• Untradable things. An Age-Up Potion can't be traded however useful it is. Temporary Admin Abuse pets vanish when you log out.
• Small stuff. Dozens of cheap pets add up to a nice number on paper, but swapping them for one big pet is close to impossible.

Find the old pets that went up

Sort your list by value. Pets from eggs and events that left the game long ago often end up on top: they can't be obtained anymore and tend to climb for years. Check them against most expensive pets — you might have a pet from the top rows.

The trap for returning players: "send me a link and I'll check your inventory" or "log in through Roblox on this site".
