Demand is low: it usually shows up as an add to a bigger offer or as material for a Neon. If someone offers it as the main item, that's probably a win for you, but don't expect it to trade fast.

With both potions, a normal one is noticeably more expensive than a normal NP, and a Neon is cheaper than the four normals you'd put in. So keep it as a normal NP or build a Neon for someone who wants one.

Value-wise it's about the same as Ermine or Deinonychus, and those aren't quick trades either. Grab a Dolphin only as an add or if you're making a Neon yourself.
