Haggle for adds: demand is very low, and without an add the trade often ends up a lose. Its value is mid-range, but since people barely want it, don't give it away cheap.

It was released on February 3, 2022, during the Lunar New Year 2022 event and hatched from Lunar Tiger Box at 350 bucks. You can't get it in-game anymore — trade only — but that doesn't make it easy to move.

For the best return, keep a normal FR one: with potions it's noticeably pricier than without. A Neon is worth less than the four normals you put in, so making one just to trade up isn't worth it.

Value-wise it's close to Partridge and Moonlight Moth — also retired, also slow to trade. So grab it as an add or skip it if someone offers it one-for-one.
