A 2025 event pet explains the price: plenty of players grabbed it during the festival, so it's a common retired rare rather than a chase item. You can't get it in-game now — trade only. Most keep it for a Neon rather than as a standalone trade.
In trades it works as an add: demand is very low, and as the main item it often makes an offer lose. With both potions, a normal one is worth noticeably more than a normal NP, so don't hand over an NP like it's FR. A made Neon goes for less than the four normals you put into it — buy the Neon ready instead of building one.
Value-wise it's close to Praying Mantis and Peachick, and those are retired too. That tells you it's not a pet to overpay for. Grab it as an add to a good offer, or hold it for a Neon if you're building the mecha line.
