A 2024 release explains everything: this pet was never rare even at launch and has become ordinary since. It's retired now, but that doesn't add value. Trading is the only way to get one.
It hatched from Desert Egg, which cost 750 bucks, and from the royal version. That means there are plenty of them around, so demand is very low — players take them reluctantly. A normal FR is noticeably pricier than a normal without potions. A Neon goes for less than the four normals used to make it, so building one isn't worth it.
Its value sits around Tawny Frogmouth and Rock Pigeon, both retired too. If someone throws it into an offer, treat it as a filler, not the main item.
