Swan Stroller value in Adopt Me

Ultra-rare means it looks like a solid piece, but rarity alone doesn't sell it — the Swan Stroller comes from Small Gift, so a lot of them were opened. That gift box costs 70 bucks in the game and is retired, which is why the price tag reads fine.

The real problem is demand. Players who chase strollers already have what they need, and everyone else skips it because it's hard to trade — the category is mid, so you'll be sitting on it for a while. Price-wise it's almost the same as Claw Machine Stroller and Rocket Ship Stroller, both retired too — but neither of those moves fast either.

Unless you're collecting strollers, don't chase it in a trade expecting profit. If someone offers it to you as an add, consider whether you actually want it — it won't be the main piece of a win.
