Its rarity is Uncommon — that keeps the price low and the supply high, since plenty of players hatched Bat Boxes during the event. You can't get it anymore, so the only way in is trade.
Low demand makes it HTT as a main piece. Most players use it as an add on top of a bigger offer or as filler in a win trade.
Regular FR goes for noticeably more than no-potion (NP), so if you're holding one, keep the FR version. A Neon costs less than four regular Bats combined, so building a Neon is usually a loss.
It trades around Bird of Paradise and Bee, both retired — use them as a rough guide when checking an offer.
