The legendary tag doesn't help here — plenty of them are floating around, and attention drifts to flashier pets. It trades close to Kage Crow and Evil Basilisk, but those are retired too and just as slow to trade.
It came from the Valentine's 2026 event at 2,026 bucks plus Fire Horse Apple, and you can't get it in-game now. Building a Neon out of four normals isn't worth it: the finished Neon is cheaper than the parts. A normal with FR holds noticeably more than a no-potion one, so lean on that when someone offers a swap.
If an offer lands right at value, grab it — that's already a win, since you can add on top, and a better offer may never come. Holding a plain no-potion one rarely pays off, and selling it is a slog.
