Affordable because the supply is huge and nobody is chasing it. It hatches from Basic Egg and Crystal Egg too, not just Admin Abuse Egg, so there's no shortage.
Don't grind eggs just for this one — you'll spend more than you get back in trades. The Mahi Spinning Rod costs 600 bucks in the shop, but that says nothing about its trade value.
In trades it's HTT: people take it reluctantly, usually only as an add. FR versions go for noticeably more than NP, and a Neon is worth less than the four regular pets you put into it, so skip making Neon. It trades around Ginger Cat, with Gibbon close too.
