Hatch Admin Abuse Egg — that's the main way to get a Corgi. The egg costs 350 bucks, so a try won't break your bank.
Value-wise it's about the same as Dracula Fish and Chanekeh, but those are retired while this one is still around. In trades it's a hard sell, so don't expect a quick swap.
With FR it's noticeably pricier than without potions, and a Neon ends up cheaper than the four regular ones you put in. We'd keep a regular no-potion or FR one and skip the Neon grind.
If you want a Neon for the collection, go for it — just don't count on a win in trades. Better to hold it as an available pet and not let it go cheap.
