It came out in 2022, and since then this legendary has never become a wanted pet — there are plenty of them around. It hatches from Admin Abuse Egg, but the easy route is Cracked Egg at 350 bucks. While that egg is on sale, the pet isn't retired, so hatch it only if you're collecting.
Trading it is slow: offers are rare, and you can easily get stuck holding it. A normal FR is worth noticeably more than a normal with no potions, so don't let a plain one go cheap. A Neon goes for less than the four normals you put into it, so making one isn't worth it.
It trades about level with Huntsman Robin and Dragon. If someone offers it to you, grab it only with an add — otherwise it's an easy lose.
