It was released in 2021, and since the egg left the game no new Wyverns appear, while plenty are still around. That's why the price stays flat: supply never dries up. It's a solid mid-tier pet, but not something to hold onto in a trade.
In trades demand is very low: people take Wyvern reluctantly and almost always as an add. Price estimates vary a lot, so haggle and don't take the first offer. With both potions, a normal one is noticeably pricier than a normal NP — if you're building a Neon, grabbing NP versions is cheaper.
A Neon is cheaper than the four regulars you put into it, so making Neons to sell isn't worth it. We'd keep Wyvern as an add to an offer or make a Neon for yourself, not as the main item in a deal.
Value-wise it sits around Ancient Dragon, Yellow Butterfly and Triceratops — all of them retired and priced almost the same.
