It's a rare pet, and that rarity means one thing for the price: nobody pays much for it. It's not a legendary or a hyped pet, so in trades it gets thrown in as an add or picked up for a neon.
It used to hatch from Mythic Egg, which cost 750 bucks in the game. Now the only way to get one is trading. A plain no-potion copy goes for very little, but a normal FR is noticeably pricier — if you plan to keep one, go for the FR version.
Few players are looking for it — people take it reluctantly. A Neon is cheaper than the four regulars you'd need to make it, so building a neon isn't worth it. Value-wise it's about the same as Stegosaurus and Spider Crab, other retired mid-tier pets. Grab it as an add on a good offer, but don't give it away cheap.
