It hatched from Moon Egg and Royal Moon Egg. Both eggs are gone, so no new Zeopods will enter the market. Without potions it's worth next to nothing, so don't give up a good offer for it.
Demand in trades is very low — people take it reluctantly. With both potions, a normal one is noticeably pricier than a normal NP, so skip the no-potion version if you can. A Neon costs less than the four normals you put in, so making one is a loss.
It trades close to Angus Calf and 2025 Birthday Butterfly. Don't take it as the main item in a trade — but as an add or neon fodder, it's fine.
