Demand is very low and people take it reluctantly. Price estimates vary a lot, so haggle and don't sell it cheap. Value-wise it sits mid-pack among pets — about the same as Sweetheart Rat or Peregrine Falcon.
With both potions, a normal one is noticeably pricier than a normal NP. A Neon is worth less than the four normals you put in, so skip making Neon. Just keep a normal one and use it as an add.
