Where it comes from

  • Giant Black Scarab is an ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me.
  • Released on January 20, 2022.
  • In-game price: 169 robux (Mud Ball).
  • Still obtainable in the game.
  • Can be made Neon and Mega Neon.

Ultra-rare sounds good, but the demand is very low: most players skip it in offers. The price sits where it does because it's cheap and only useful as an add, not because the rarity is high.

The Giant Black Scarab (giant scarab) comes from a Gamepass, released in 2022 and still on sale in-game for 169 Robux. It won't become a flex piece anytime soon since anyone can grab one.

Value-wise it's close to Grave Owl and Gingerbread Hare. Grab it as an add or as Neon fodder, and don't hand it over as the main piece of a trade.

A Fly Ride normal is worth noticeably more than a normal NP, so don't sell an FR copy at NP prices. And if you're building a Neon, keep in mind the finished Neon goes for less than the four normal pets you put into it.
