A normal FR is worth noticeably more than a normal NP, so keep the FR one separate. A Neon is cheaper than the four normals you'd put in, so building one for value isn't worth it.

In price it sits around Giant Black Scarab and Diamond Dragon. We'd not give it away cheap, but we wouldn't hold out for a big overpay either.
