Keep it normal FR: with potions it's noticeably pricier than without. A Neon is worth less than the four normals you put into it, so building one to flip is a loss. Grab a plain one and skip the Neon grind.
In an offer it's an add, not the headline. Price sits close to Gingerbread Hare and Giant Black Scarab, and not far from Elasmosaurus. Don't give it away cheap, but don't ask for an overpay either — nobody will bite.
