In trades demand is very low — people take it reluctantly, usually as an add to a bigger offer. As the main item it almost never lands, so expect to need a solid add to make a deal fair.
Keep it as a normal FR: the potion lifts the price noticeably. Don't bother making a Neon — it's worth less than the four normals it takes to craft. If you want a Neon, just buy one ready-made.
It trades about level with Ornate Horned Frog and Mistletroll, both retired too. Grab it only if you need an add or a collection piece.
