Small change — at 1,500 bucks it was a slow seller in the shop, and now it's worse. Players use it as an add in offers or as Neon fodder, not as the main item.

With both potions, a normal one is worth noticeably more than a normal with no potions, but a Neon goes for less than the four normals you put into it. We'd keep it as an add in a bigger trade or save toward a Mega, not expect much on its own.
It sits around the same price as Rock and Pterodactyl, so it won't climb far above that tier.
