Small change — because it came from the winter event for gingerbread, and there are plenty of them around. It's retired now, but that didn't make it scarce.
Players take it reluctantly, mostly as an add to an offer or for a neon. As the main item of a trade it doesn't hold up.
A normal FR is noticeably pricier than a normal with no potions, so handing it over bare is a bad deal. A neon is worth less than the four normals you put into it.
We'd keep it as an add in a bigger trade or save up for the neon, not wait for it to climb on its own. Value-wise it sits close to Wren and Urchin.
