The 2025 release means there are a lot of them in circulation, and that keeps the price small. Demand is very low and people take it reluctantly, but it works well as an add to a bigger offer.
You can't get it now — it's retired and trade only. It came free from the Advent Calendar on Christmas Day, so older players have stacks of them.
Ultra-rare doesn't help here: it trades about the same as Old King Coal and Narwhal. A FR one is worth noticeably more than a plain one, so don't dump it without potions cheaply.
A Neon is worth less than the four regulars you put into it, so making one isn't a profit play. We'd keep it as an add in offers or build it into a Neon for a collection, not use it as the main piece of a trade.
