Farmable — that's the main reason it stays cheap. Ice Soup Bait is still in the game, and the pet hatches from it without any cap, so the supply keeps growing.

In trades, a normal one without potions is almost worthless, while an FR version goes for noticeably more. A Neon is cheaper than the four regular pets you'd need to make it, so building one for profit doesn't pay off.

It trades near retired pets like Halloween Black Mummy Cat and Ghost, though those at least don't hatch anymore. We'd skip farming it on purpose — if you want one for your collection, get an FR and don't overpay.
