Winter Festival 2024 is the only place it came from: it hatched out of Ice Tray, and that box cost 18,000 gingerbread in the game. You can't get it anymore — trade only.

Demand is very low and people take it reluctantly, so in an offer it's usually a filler or neon material. A Fly Ride normal is worth noticeably more than a normal with no potions, so don't hand over a no-potion one as a full part of a deal.

A neon is cheaper than the four normals you put into it, so building one to sell isn't worth it. It trades around Kaijunior and Icy Porcupine: about the same, also low demand, so don't count on a big win.

If someone offers it as the main item, look for something else. As an add to a pet you actually want, or as neon material for your collection, grab it.
