A plain no-potion Poodle is cheap, but an FR one is worth noticeably more. If you hatch one with a potion, keep it; without potions it's barely worth an add. Building a Neon isn't worth it — it's cheaper than the four normals you need.
Value-wise it's about the same as Rabbit and Pink Dog. Only take it as an add to a good offer — on its own it's HTT.
