Value-wise it's one of the most expensive pets out there — pricier than Strawberry Shortcake Bat Dragon and Chocolate Chip Bat Dragon, but a bit cheaper than Dalmatian. A Neon is worth less than the four normals you'd put into it, so making one isn't a great move. A Neon without potions beats a Neon with FR, so don't waste potions on it.

We'd hold a normal one and not take the first offer that comes: the price is climbing, and retired pets tend to stay strong.
